Learn how to collect your photos
Step 1 - Find Your Photo's Claim Code
Look for your photo on the monitors at a ride's exit. For privacy, the pictures may be obscured.
Step 2 - Collect It
Enter your photo's 4-character Claim Code into this website using your mobile device. You must collect your photo immediately after riding, while it is on the screen.
Step 3 - Get The Picture
Your picture will appear in your album within an hour or two of collecting it (why the delay?)
If you have a photo pass, you can download your picture as soon as it appears in your album.
If you don't have a photo pass, your photos will be locked. Stop by any staffed photo stand or Photo Hub during your visit to purchase a Photo Pass
